She successfully negotiated to get me an extra acre on the first transaction, so I wanted her to see if she could sell some other property that I needed to sell. She told me land could be slower to sell than a home, but to my surprise she called me within 4 days with an offer, and we had a signed contract within a week!! And she got me more than I thought we would be able to sell it for! She was very detailed during the whole process, and made sure I understood everything during the whole process! I completely trust Cara, as I have known her for a few years and know her to be very honest! That's what means the most to me when it comes to friends AND business!!

Cara was always available with answers to our questions She texted, emailed, or called, based on what type of communication was best for us. Her knowledge about the property we bought and the Greenville area was insurmountable. She went far beyond our past realtor experiences in other states, even by setting up interviews with 3 builders to discuss our expectations and their ways to meet them, locating plot map and neighborhood covenants among other things. On a personal level, she told us she could connect us with doctors, hairdressers, yard workers-all the things you must find and be happy with in a new area. I could go in and on about Car’s work ethic and its integration into all aspects of her job, but suffice it to say that her work is impeccable. Because of Cara’s skill set, work ethics, honesty, engaging personality collectively led her into not pressuring us about something not good for us or being aggressive just to make a sale, we have developed a long lasting relationship that we’re proud to be involved in. She showed us a large number of properties and neighborhoods which allowed us to decide what was best for us. Cara was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with about quest to find the perfect neighborhood. She researched the covenants of the property we chose and was able to answer al of our questions . We can't say enough about how flexible and helpful she working through showings, getting us additional access to our new home to measure rooms, and getting things addressed prior to our move in. She was even working on things from the airport on here way out of town on vacation and texting us from Europe to make sure things were progressing.
